Conclusions: The placenta function and compensation ability in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus decrease. Their morphologic change is similar to that of anoxic placenta that means anoxia may exists in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus. 结论:糖尿病孕妇胎盘功能及代偿能力降低,其改变与缺氧时胎盘变化相一致,反映糖尿病孕妇可能存在缺氧。
